Shipping & Delivery Terms

After receiving an order, each order is processed within 1-3 working days and handed over to the shipping service provider.
Shipping will only take place after payment has been received.

A notice:
Delivery times may be extended due to holidays, peak periods, customs inspections, or logistical capacity constraints. A delayed delivery is not grounds for canceling a purchase contract.

Processing & Shipping Procedure

After order receipt:

  1. Order & Payment Verification

  2. Order picking & packing

  3. Shipping handover

  4. Shipping confirmation including tracking via email

Tracking is always mandatory.

If customers enter their email or address incorrectly, we accept no responsibility for delays or undeliverable shipments.

Customs duties & import costs

Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland):

– Customs duties
– Service fees
– Import VAT

These fees are borne exclusively by the customer.
Subsequent refunds are not possible.

Unaccepted or undeliverable packages

A package is returned for the following reasons:

– incorrect delivery address
– Package was not picked up
– Refusal to accept
– no delivery possible

Then the following applies:

  • Resending the item will only be done upon payment of additional shipping costs.
  • Alternatively, the purchase price will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.

Processing and inspection fees are non-refundable.

Handover to shipping service provider

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, the risk of transport lies with the customer.

Liability for:

– delayed delivery
– Transport time
– Delivery problems

It is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

However, we provide support in cases requiring clarification, as far as possible.
