Right of withdrawal
Cancellation policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you has taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of the revocation
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days to the same payment method.
We reserve the right to delay the refund until the goods have arrived and been inspected.

Return shipping costs
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.
Please ensure that return shipments are adequately stamped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shipments with insufficient postage.

Return conditions
A refund will only be issued if the goods:
– in a hygienically perfect and clean condition
– appears unworn in everyday use
– Original labels and tags are fully attached
– has no stains, odors (perfume, smoke), traces of make-up or pet hair
– shows no signs of washing or wear
A simple fitting to determine the fit is permissible.

Compensation for deterioration of the item's condition
We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction in the event of a loss in value of the goods, in particular in the case of:
– removed or damaged labels
– Stretching/deformation (e.g., chest, sleeves, waistband)
– Signs of wear
– Wash marks
– Stains or traces of odor
– damaged packaging
This deduction can amount to up to 100% of the purchase price if the goods are no longer saleable.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:
– custom-made or personalized items
– Products with a hygienic seal after opening
– heavily worn clothing
– Goods that cannot be resold

After successful verification, you will receive a refund exclusively to the original payment method used.
Exchanges or credit notes are only possible by separate agreement.
This cancellation policy applies to consumers as defined by the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
